MIMERERO Returns and Warranty Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. All our products undergo rigorous inspection and careful selection before reaching you. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to assisting you.
 
You have 7 calendar days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a full refund, please read the following policy in detail and follow the steps to apply for a refund. After we receive your request, we will process your refund using your original payment method.

I. Return Policy for Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 calendar days, starting from the day after you receive your order.
 
Please notify us via email at service@mail.mimerero.com to ensure a smooth return process.
 
Returns for change of mind will only be accepted if the item meets at least one of the following conditions:
 
  1. Items with a manufacturer’s seal must be unopened.
  2. The item must be in its original packaging, with all original accessories included.

Return Guidelines

  1. You must contact us before sending any items back; we will provide specific instructions for a hassle-free return.
  2. Do not return items without prior notification.
  3. Returned items must be shipped within 7 calendar days of receiving our return instructions.
  4. We are not responsible for covering return shipping costs.

II. Return Policy for Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive items that are damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us directly at service@mail.mimerero.com and attach photos/videos clearly showing the issue with the product.
 
For such cases, you have 7 calendar days to return the items for a full refund or replacement.
 
You will not be charged for return shipping costs for defective items—we will provide a prepaid return label to cover the expenses.

III. Return Application Process

  1. Email us at service@mail.mimerero.com, stating your reason for return; we will send tailored instructions based on your specific situation.
  2. We are not responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective items.

Packaging Instructions for Returns

  1. Pack the items securely in a sturdy carton.
  2. Affix the return shipping label on the recipient side of the package, covering any previous delivery addresses and barcodes—do not overlap adjacent sides of the package.
  3. Use the exact address provided and ensure sufficient postage is applied (if applicable).
  4. Ship the package from your nearest post office or your preferred courier service.
  5. If you have not received a return address, please email service@mail.mimerero.com immediately.
  6. Double-check that the item is properly packaged before shipping.

IV. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours before the item(s) have been shipped.
 
If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the applicable return policy based on your reason for return.

V. Lost Shipment Policy

If your order has not arrived at least 2 days past the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service team at service@mail.mimerero.com. Allow us up to 5 business days to investigate the shipment status with the courier service.
 
If we are unable to trace your package after the 5-day investigation period, the shipment will be deemed lost. You may choose between a full refund or a replacement shipment.
 
If the courier service confirms delivery with proof of receipt, but you have not received the product, the order will be considered lost or stolen. Unfortunately, we will be unable to offer a full refund or replacement in this case. We recommend contacting the courier service or local authorities to locate the package.

VI. Returned Shipment Policy

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and recipient contact information, and keep your phone line open. Remember to track your package using the provided tracking number to ensure timely collection upon delivery.
 
Shipments may be returned to us for the following reasons:
 
  1. The recipient cannot be reached for an extended period, resulting in failed delivery attempts.
  2. The delivery address is incomplete, preventing successful delivery.

Next Steps for Returned Shipments

  1. If your package is returned to us, please provide the correct delivery address or contact information within 7 calendar days of the return—we will then reship the item to you.
  2. If we do not receive a response from you within 7 calendar days of the package being returned, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

VII. Refund Processing

Refunds will be initiated once the returned item is received at our warehouse and inspected by our team.
 
Once approved, the refund will take 3–6 business days to process. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
